Florencia Orellano is the founder of Liberance and focuses her practice on business law, criminal law, and cross-border legal matters.
She has a Franco-Argentine legal background and experience in both the public sector and the international financial industry, particularly in matters related to compliance and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures involving American and European markets.
She advises companies and individuals on international projects, especially in binational contexts between South America and Europe.
She graduated in law from Universidad del Salvador and holds both a Master 1 and a Master 2 in Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
